Senators Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Tammy Duckworth (D-Ill.) and Tom Carper (D-Del.) have announced the creation of the first ever Senate Environmental Justice Caucus. The purpose of the caucus is to elevate urgent environmental and public health issues that continue to impact low-income communities and people of color. Read a dear colleague letter from the caucus co-chairs encouraging other Senators to join.
