Senators Daniel Laughlin and Maria Collett introduced the Family Care Act (SB 580) on July 8. This bill, cosponsored by a bipartisan group of 11 other senators, would create a paid family leave system for all Pennsylvania workers. Cosponsors include John Blake, Larry Farnese, Wayne Fontana, Vince Hughes, Tim Kearney, Tom Killion, Daylin Leach, Katie Muth, Judy Schwank, Christine Tartaglione, Judy Schwank, and John Yudichak.
