Since MarchOnHarrisburg disrupted the House Session in May, dozens of representatives have co-sponsored HB 1291: Gift Ban, including Speaker Turzai. HB 1291 is a commonsense gift ban that would make it illegal for lobbyists to bribe legislators with our cars, fancy vacations and endless wining and dining.
Right now, volunteers with MarchOnHarrisburg and constituents across the state are sending letters to their representatives to show them that Pennsylvanians deserve better than the culture of corruption in Harrisburg.
Please send a letter to your representative TODAY at https://actionnetwork.org/letters/banbribes-in-pa to ask her/him to co-sponsor HB 1291 and pressure State Government Chairman Everett to call a vote on the Gift Ban.
