PPC is a proud partner of the statewide home visiting advocacy coalition Childhood Begins at Home and the Pre-K for PA Campaign – for whom we produced these resources. The national KIDS COUNT project allows us to produce these materials connecting data to home visiting and pre-k policy initiatives.
