Urge the President to Admit Those Denied Entry Due to Former President’s Entry Bans–by 10/29

It has been twenty months since this administration rescinded the Muslim and African Bans, but unfortunately, tens of thousands of individuals remain separated from their families as a result of the bans. Without further action to provide relief beyond rescinding the bans, our communities continue to remain impacted. The Biden administration has been directed as a result of an August court ruling in favor of impacted families, to create and implement a fair and effective visa reconsideration process for the 41,000+ denied entry because of the Muslim and African Bans.

The No Muslim Ban Ever campaign in collaboration with Daily Kos has launched the following joint action urging President Biden to take action immediately. To read the petition, please see the landing page at https://actionnetwork.org/forms/sign-the-petition-to-president-biden-allow-entry-to-families-denied-by-trumps-muslim-and-african-bans/. The petition launched on 9/29 and will close on 10/29.
