Great news! Governor Wolf has vetoed HB 59 as promised. This harmful bill would have forced Medicaid recipients to jump through hoops to get and stay covered and fast-tracked cuts to non-essential benefits.
Governor Wolf has been publicly criticized by lawmakers who supported this harmful bill, so it’s absolutely essential that we show our support for his decision to veto. Below are some resources you can use to show your support for the veto:
