Thank you for all of your work in support of overturning the fake lender rule, which allows predatory lenders to evade state interest rate laws merely by putting a bank’s name on the paperwork. Yesterday, the House voted to approve S.J.Res.15 to overturn the OCC’s fake lender rule. All democrats voted in favor, along with Representative Glenn Grothman (WI).
First off, thank YOU for your work towards this victory! We would not have been successful without each and every one of you!

As we look onward and to building support for the Veterans and Consumers Fair Credit Act to enact a national 36% rate cap, we’d like to take a moment to thank all those that voted with us and helped pass the resolution out of the House, just like we did in the Senate.
