House bills 22 and 23, the Two Bills/One Commission solution to end gerrymandering in PA, must pass by summer recess. Now is the time to increase pressure and demand this essential change.

HB 22 and HB 23 together would create an independent citizens commission to draw congressional and legislative district lines and put safeguards in place to bring transparency to the process and limit partisanship. HB 23 would address the congressional process, and HB 22 would amend the PA Constitution to reform state House and Senate redistricting, placing the same safeguards in our Constitution.
