Earlier this week we asked you to reach out to your State Representative on both the Extreme Risk Protection Bill (HB 2227) and the Domestic Violence Protection Bill (HB 2060).
Many of you answered the call and wrote to your elected officials. But this time was different. We saw people start to engage even more widely than we normally do, including to elected officials who have carried the NRA’s water for years.
These are Representatives who believe “No one in my district cares about gun laws”. You showed them that people do. Now we need to keep up the pressure.
