We have so many people stuck serving excessive and unending sentences in Pa., and the Board of Pardons has the power to make a difference. FAMM friends Dennis and Lee Horton are among the group of people serving life without parole who are holding onto hope that the Board will recommend mercy so they can return home to their loved ones. The more people the Board of Pardons hears from, the better!
P.S. After you let the Board of Pardons know you support expanding clemency, let your lawmakers know they should support second-chances, too!
