Tell Congress to Support the Dream and Promise Act

From Faith in Public Life (http://www.faithinpubliclife.org):

We have some rare good news from Congress — the Dream and Promise Act is headed to a floor vote in the House of Representatives in the coming weeks! Yesterday, the House Judiciary Committee passed a clean Dream and Promise Act without any anti-immigrant amendments. This long-awaited bill provides a pathway to citizenship for 2 million people with DACA, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) — they are all at risk of deportation if Congress does not act.

Can you add your name right now to our letter urging all Members of Congress to support the Dream and Promise Act at http://fpl.actionkit.com/sign/dp-act-sign?

As people of faith who long for justice, we know how important it is for Congress to pass this bill. Millions of futures are at stake. It is immoral to leave our immigrant neighbors in limbo.

If your faith compels you to act – to fight for justice and dignity – join me today in demanding Congress pass the Dream and Promise Act!
