Tell Congress: Make the Expanded Child Tax Credit Permanent

From the Juggernaut Project (https://juggernautproject.com/):

The expanded Child Tax Credit has been a game changer for millions of families who started receiving up to $300 per child per month this summer.

There’s just one problem: Unless Congress acts soon, these “child checks” that are helping so many families make ends meet will expire at the end of this year.

That’s why our friends at ParentsTogether Action are calling on Congress to come together for kids and families by making child checks permanent. Can you add your name to their petition right now at https://actionnetwork.org/petitions/tell-congress-make-monthly-child-checks-permanent-2?

No child should have to go to bed hungry. And no parent should have to worry about keeping the lights on or paying rent. That’s why child checks – which give monthly cash payments of up to $300 per child under 6 and $250 per child between the ages of 6 and 17 – are such an important policy.

Please join ParentsTogether Action in this fight to make child checks permanent. It’s one of the most important things Congress can do right now for kids and their families.

Will you add your name to ParentsTogether Action’s urgent petition calling on Congress to make child checks permanent?

Thanks for taking action.
