Tax Credits and Other Resources for Pennsylvanians Filing Taxes

From Senator Bob Casey:

While tax filing season can be full of headaches, there are free federal resources available to help Pennsylvanians file their taxes, including:

  • Online-guided tax preparation for those with incomes at or below $73,000
  • In-person tax preparation for those with incomes at or below $58,000 or people with disabilities or limited English-language proficiency
  • Tax counseling for individuals 60 years old and above
  • The IRS Interactive Tax Assistant for tax return questions.

I encourage you to visit the Tax Resources page on my website for more information on how to file your taxes and claim every credit that you’re eligible for. Should you have more questions, please reach out to my office at casey.senate.gov/contact/assistance.
