Game-changing new legislation called Clean Slate is in the final stages in Harrisburg and needs your help to give it a final push over the finish line. If passed, Clean Slate would automatically seal minor misdemeanor convictions after 10 years and immediately seal any arrest records that didn’t lead to convictions. The legislation is supported by both Republicans and Democrats. Different versions of the legislation have passed the House (HB 1419) and Senate (SB 529) with overwhelming support.
