See our flyer:compass.state.pa.us, or the mycompassPA mobile app, or the customer service centers. Customer service center numbers: 1-877-395-8930/Philadelphia: 215-560-7226

Will the TANF diversion timeline change if current conditions continue?

We have no info from DHS about how they’re handling diversion. The program is on the books, but they’ve given no guidance to workers on how to implement it in these circumstances. We’re advocating for guidance and a more generous program.
