As the COVID-19 crisis spreads rapidly throughout the country and people in small towns, small cities and rural communities are some of the most at risk populations with fewer hospitals, health care workers and resources for testing and treatment. We’re called to love our neighbors and we need our political leaders to take action to deliver policies that will help small town America, so we’re asking faith communities to sign onto this letter now.

As faith communities, it’s important that we take a bold action and call for the policies that will serve the greater common good and protect rural life so that we can continue to farm and feed the country.
As faith leaders and lay leaders from small towns, small cities and rural areas, please sign onto this letter. We must work together to ensure that whatever happens in Washington, rural communities have the resources to make it through this crisis and are stronger because of it.
