Sign Petition to Support a Voice and Improvements in Medicaid-Provided Transportation

From the Pennsylvania Health Access Network (http://www.pahealthaccess.org):

Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services (DHS) is making big changes to Medicaid-provided transportation that will affect how safe, accessible, and reliable these services are for senior citizens, people with disabilities, children, and most others covered by Medicaid.

First, some good news: lawmakers have decided to postpone this process until the impact on people who use Medicaid transportation can be studied.  This gives us more time to make our voices heard!

We believe that any changes to Medicaid transportation should make the system better and happen in an open, transparent way that gives people who use these services a voice.

If you agree, can you take a minute to sign the petition asking PA leadership to make sure any changes improve the system and give people who use it a voice in the process?  Go to https://pahealth.salsalabs.org/protectmedicaidtransportation/index.html to sign.
