Racial Equity & Human Resources, Senior Advisor (full time with benefits)
The Senior Advisor of Racial Equity and Human Resources will champion and lead PA Voice core commitments to leadership development, movement building, civic engagement and racial equity and justice both internally and with external partners. Building upon foundational values of more than a decade of success, the Senior Advisor will collaborate with staff and stakeholders across the state and national community network of key partners, to build and maintain strong partnerships and to embed equity in the practices, systems, processes and structures at PA Voice and serve as a model and consultative thought partner with network members.
The Senior Advisor will bring experience, vision, and humility to the work of catalyzing change, building shared language and understanding around issues of equity and inclusion for PA Voice and the broader sector. They will help remove barriers to authentic communication, work and build strong relationships across lines of difference and will audit and assess all processes, systems and structures they may undermine the deep commitment that PA Voice has to racial equity in every aspect of their work. The ideal leader will be able to hold multiple stakeholder perspectives, while always centering community voice, agency and trust in the work. The Senior Advisor will lead a racial justice working group and will nurture a culture of learning, co-creation, and co-investment that supports innovation, ensures inclusive leadership practices, community alignment and impact.

Operations Associate (full time with benefits)
Supporting the Infrastructure Department with Operations which includes Human Resources (HR) administration, Information Technology (IT) systems, Finance administration, and Office Management for the organization. Currently have 10 full time permanent staff working remotely; additionally have 3-5 seasonal full time temporary staff to work on election and other programs as needed. Supporting processes & identifying opportunities for improvements & enhancements both for greater efficiency and growth as well alignment with organization programs and direction in any of the areas listed below.
