Pennsylvania state budget negotiations are underway and the Pre-K for PA team is hearing that the full $40 million pre-k investment that Governor Wolf proposed in February is NOT in the final budget! That’s right, instead of fully funding the proposed investment, which would expand access to 4,400 more PA kids, the legislature is preparing to leave possibly thousands of kids on the negotiating floor.
