The successful candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in the field of fundraising, three years or more of working with major donors, and a passion for advancing LGBTQ equality and opportunity for all Pennsylvanians. They should fully believe in Equality Pennsylvania’s Core Values and be completely comfortable working with organizations with shared values.
