Tell Congress to Do More to Address Hunger in Next COVID Recovery Bill

From the Food Research and Action Center (http://www.frac.org):

While the historic American Rescue Package will go a long way in helping millions of households get the nutrition they need, much more needs to be done to address the alarming spikes in hunger caused by COVID-19.

The next COVID-19 recovery bill will focus on human infrastructure. Please urge your Members of Congress to weigh in with the Biden administration to ensure the package includes:

  • Healthy School Meals for All so that all students are hunger-free and ready to learn
  • Long-term investments in SNAP benefits and infrastructure
  • Permanent Child Tax Credit improvements to cut child poverty in half

You can easily send a direct email and/or tweet your Members of Congress through the FRAC Action Network.
