Submit Your Comments—Tell the USPS to End the Mail Slowdown

posted in: Human Needs, Uncategorized | 0

The US Postal Service is a vital government agency. It’s also very popular and extremely effective. Millions of people depend on it for mail-order prescriptions, Social Security checks, absentee ballots, and more.

But Postmaster Louis DeJoy, the infamous Trump appointee who tried to sabotage the 2020 election, is still trying to wreak havoc with Postal Service management.

Their latest scheme? Slow down the mail. Fortunately, we can do something about it.

Add your name at https://actionnetwork.org/letters/send-a-message-stop-the-mail-slowdown-2 to submit official comments to the Federal Register and tell the USPS to stop the slowdown!

These slowdowns are a big deal. The USPS delivers vitally important items, including prescription drugs, to people every day. A delivery time of five days for first-class mail (instead of 1-3 days, as it is today) is much too long.

We simply can’t tolerate DeJoy’s continued USPS sabotage.
