Send Your Comment About Experiences with Health Care—deadline August 5

From the Pennsylvania Health Access Network (http://www.pahealthaccess.org):

Have you ever…

…waited for months to see a doctor or specialist for a medical problem?

…been unable to find a doctor, dentist, mental, or behavioral health professional who takes your insurance?

…driven for hours to see a dentist, a therapist, or a specialist?

If so, you’re not alone.

The bad news is that these experiences are incredibly common.

The good news is that PA officials are currently looking into just how common these experiences are for Pennsylvanians and what they can do to change it.

But they need your help.

PA officials are seeking comments from residents of Pennsylvania about their experiences finding the care they need. And they want to hear from you.

Can you take 10 minutes and use our online form to submit a comment to PA officials telling them about your family’s experiences looking for care? The deadline is August 5th.

Submit a comment.

PHAN is here to help! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns about submitting a public comment.

Thanks for taking action!
