Build Back Better Passes in the House!

From the Coalition on Human Needs (http://www.chn.org):

We did it! Landmark legislation—the Build Back Better investment agenda—passed the House of Representatives earlier today!

Getting this legislation passed through the House was far from guaranteed. This would not have been possible without the relentless efforts of champions like you. Change only happens from the ground up. And that’s what we accomplished together.

CHN and our network of grassroots supporters built a powerful coalition that got the attention of Congress. Together, we sent more than 500,000 direct messages to members of Congress demanding they go big and bold in passing the Build Back Better investment agenda.

Can you take a moment to send a message to your representative to thank them for their support for passing the Build Back Better Act, which is paid for by finally requiring the rich and corporations to pay their fair share in taxes? If your representative failed to support this historic legislation, we’ve also provided a specific message to them, making clear they are on the wrong side of history.
