Earlier this month we filed a lawsuit challenging the administration’s expansion of the “public charge” regulation, an unlawful, racially-motivated wealth test on immigrant families. We filed the lawsuit with our co-counsel Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Los Angeles, the National Health Law Program, and the Western Center on Law and Poverty, on behalf of a diverse group of organizations dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of their communities.
