From the Pennsylvania Health Access Network (http://www.pahealthaccess.org):
This week, the amended version of HB 59 passed in the House by a margin of 116 to 78. This harmful bill would force Medicaid recipients to jump through hoops to get and stay covered and fast-track cuts to non-essential benefits.
Governor Wolf has promised to veto the bill once it’s on his desk, but it’s important to make general calls and emails voicing support for his decision to veto the bill. Here are ways you can reach his office:
- By Phone: 717-787-2500
