Call Your Representative to Urge Real Medicare Drug Negotiations in Build Back Better, Not Watered-Down Pharma Reform

The Build Back Better Plan is still being hotly debated in Congress, and we expect to see the latest version this week.  We’re now hearing that it’s possible that Congress will not include real reforms that will lower the cost of prescription drugs in the legislation and that the new version of the bill includes reform language written by pharma.

It is critically important that Congress take real action on prescription drug prices now. We may not have another chance anytime soon.

There’s still time to let your Representatives know how crucial it is that the Build Back Better plan allows Medicare to negotiate for better prescription drug prices and that those better prices be extended to people will all types of health insurance!
