From Lancaster Against Pipelines (http://www.wearelancastercounty.org/):
We’re all on tenterhooks awaiting US District Judge Schmel’s decision on whether the Adorer’s land–and that of other hold-out residents–can be seized by Williams for construction of the Atlantic Sunrise pipeline. The hearing ended on June 20th; we expect a decision any day now. And that decision could mean immediate deployment of all of our mobilization plans.

And some quick updates:
Join us this weekend in Conestoga for Mass Action Training and strategic planning. We’ll be performing mass actions around likely scenarios that Atlantic Sunrise construction will create. We’ll have training and skill building activities all day Saturday, camping under the stars at night, and breakfast on Sunday. Come find your role in the action! RSVP today.
On August 14, tell the PA DEP what you think about increasing Lancaster’s air pollution. We’ll be at the hearing at Lancaster Farm & Home, asking the PA DEP to deny Williams’s petition to offset Atlantic Sunrise’s pollution with credits from Maryland. And we hope you can be there too.
Help stop the pipeline with your phone. LancasterOnline reported this week that the PA Governor is being blanketed with pro-pipeline calls, thanks to Williams’s plagiarized, lie-filled, and industry-powered campaign. If you can’t make it to these events, five minutes on your phone can help us counter Williams.
Call Governor Tom Wolf (717-787-2500), PA Attorney General Josh Shapiro (717.787.3391) and the PA DEP Secretary Patrick McDonnell (717) 783-2300). Tell them you’ll support them if they’ll support you. Tell them to stop the further pollution of our air, water and soil by stopping the Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline.
We’re all running at a fervent pace. This movement and our momentum wouldn’t be possible without you and the community you have made around one idea: Lancaster, our home, is worth standing up for. Thank you.
