From what we’re hearing out of Capitol Hill, Senate Republicans are planning to release an updated version of their health care “reform” bill this afternoon to force a vote on Trumpcare before the August recess.

Regardless of what changes they make to the bill, here’s what we know to be true: Senate Republicans are hellbent on stripping care from millions of Americans. The House and Senate have had eight months to get this right, and they still haven’t proposed a solution that doesn’t take away health care from at least 20 million people.

For months, Senator Pat Toomey has led the charge to dismantle Medicaid and place millions of American lives on the line. And now, he’s in the thick of finding a compromise solution in Washington.
