The EQUAL Act has passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a huge margin of 316 to 66. The EQUAL Act, which would finally put an end to the federal sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine, has been a FAMM priority since introduction – but we wouldn’t be here without your hard work calling and emailing your members of Congress.
