We all agree the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge deserves permanent protection as one of our most iconic wildlife refuges at the center of the climate crisis. Vital to the way of life for the Gwich’in and home to countless migratory birds and imperiled polar bears, its protection is strongly supported by the American people.
Political leaders have committed to moving a budget bill through Congress in the next few months, and this bill is our best chance to restore protections for the Arctic Refuge. The coming days will be critical to assuring the Refuge is part of the process. Your U.S. Senator needs to hear from you now about how important protecting the Arctic Refuge is.
Please call your senators Senator Pat Toomey at (202) 224-4254 and Senator Bob Casey at (202) 224-6324 before the vote happens in the coming days!
