From Education Voters of Pennsylvania (http://www.educationvoterspa.org/):
We did it! All eyes are finally on public education funding in PA! We are so proud of the work you are doing to support the school funding lawsuit in your communities and in Harrisburg.
As the historic PA school funding trial reaches its final weeks, parents, teachers, administrators, and education advocates like you from across the state are coming together in their communities for a momentous vigil.
You are invited to join us on March 15 to tell the decision-makers in Harrisburg now is the time to reform our school funding system; our children are counting on them to get this right.
Get your friends, family, and neighbors together at a location that you choose, i.e. your yard, a living room, etc. to take a moment to reflect on the past few months of the trial and the impact education funding has on Pennsylvania’s children. Small groups to large gatherings are encouraged. When you sign up, we will send you a toolkit to prepare for the event including trial information, more details about the vigil, and instructions about how to tell your community’s newspaper and tv stations that you are joining the statewide vigil.
Please complete this registration form and we will be in touch soon: Vigil for Fair Funding (google.com)
