From the Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center (http://www.krc-pbpc.org):
A newly released Independent Fiscal Office report indicates Pennsylvania should end the fiscal year with a sizable revenue surplus. We are looking at a $3-billion revenue surplus for the current fiscal year, which ends on June 30th. Will these funds be allocated in a way that supports education, libraries, environmental protection, and our most vulnerable? Or will it continue to support the problem – failing to protect citizens or the environment, and selling out Pennsylvania to big corporations?
