It’s Mother’s Day weekend, and an all-male Senate working group is spending it devising a destructive plan to end Medicaid as we know it. And they’re counting on the fact middle-income families will think they’re immune from these devastating cuts. Spoiler alert: no one is.
Why? Because Medicaid helps all of us. In Pennsylvania:
Repealing the ACA and ending Medicaid as we know it will hurt Moms of all ages. Putting arbitrary caps on how much care people covered by Medicaid can get will mean less hands-on care, fewer services, and more heartache for our loved ones.
