Representatives Grijalva and McEachin are closing up their listening sessions and collecting stories to make the “the most comprehensive environmental justice bill in history.” If passed, the EJ4All Act established various programs and requirements in order to combat disproportionate environmental effects of federal laws on marginalized communities.
