From the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy (http://www.itep.org/):

A new 50-state ITEP analysis of the House tax plan reveals that not only would the richest 1 percent of Americans receive the greatest share of the tax cut, but their share would grow over time from 31 percent in 2018 to 48 percent in 2027. The average value of this group’s tax cut in 2027 would be $64,720 compared to $460 for middle income people and $110 for the poorest 20 percent.
