Pre-K for PA has released a report entitled “Pre-K Key to Cutting Pennsylvania Prison Costs and Boosting School Success.” Drafted by Fight Crime PA, it was released alongside Corrections Secretary John Wetzel, State Senator Dan Laughlin, and State Representative Pat Harkins along with a full cohort of Erie/Crawford County law enforcement officials.
