From the National Immigration Law Center (http://www.nilc.org):
Since President Trump decided to cruelly end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in September, hundreds of thousands of immigrant youth across the country live in fear of what their future holds.
Yesterday, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals was the first appeals court to weigh in on whether President Trump’s termination of DACA was unlawful. Their decision could bring immigrant youth more breathing room as we pressure Congress to do the right thing and pass the Dream Act.
Add your name now to our petition urging Congress to do their job and pass a Dream Act now at http://action.nilc.org/page/s/nilc-daca-9thcircuit.
If Congress passed a clean Dream Act, immigrant youth would finally have protected legal status and a clearer future.
Your voice and efforts are making a difference. The progress we’ve made is clear: as support for immigrant youth and their families continues to grow, most states and localities are hearing our voices. In fact, the vast majority of Americans — 86 percent — support DACA. These numbers are a testament to the work you’ve done as an ally in this fight for immigrant youth.
With your support, we made sure that the Court heard the voices of immigrant youth across the country that are depending on them to do what’s right.
Now it’s time that Congress hears us. Congress can and needs to act now.
Sign your name now to our petition demanding that Congress acts now to protect immigrant youth.
Thank you for standing with immigrant youth.

What would it look like to the rest of the world if we rounded up these folks? Trump evidently
doesn’t have much compassion, but the majority of Americans do.
