As you know, Congress will be returning next week, and we’re focusing on getting another COVID bill that meets the depth and scope of the crisis. Two critical policies are enabling mixed status families to access stimulus checks and expanding the EITC and Child Tax Credit to provide assistance after the stimulus checks run out. These are two small provisions that could make an enormous difference. But we really need to increase the pressure.
Signatures are due by September 4, 2020. Please sign this letter if you are a Pennsylvania faith leader (for example, if you are clergy, women religious, run a local organization, or have another leadership role in your community).
In an effort to make the formatting process as smooth as possible, we ask that you take care to enter your information with proper capitalization, spelling out full names rather than using abbreviations, etc. All information other than email address will appear on the final version of the letter.
