This position will play a key role in ensuring that data, evaluation, and research are integral components of the organization’s policy and program initiatives. The Research and Education Manager will, in collaboration with other staff, expand the Housing Alliance’s ability to perform and utilize quantitative and qualitative research to make program and policy recommendations that lead to increased access to safe, decent, and affordable homes for low-income households in Pennsylvania. They will also develop educational content to support the expansion of successful strategies and tools to provide affordable housing across the state.
