From the National Immigration Law Center (http://www.nilc.org):
Once again, another court has rejected the cruel and unlawful termination of the DACA program — ruling that the termination was unlawful.
While this decision changes nothing for now for first-time DACA applicants, if you are a DACA recipient or have been in the past, you can still submit your application for renewal right now.
Despite the administration’s continuous efforts to end the DACA program, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services is currently processing renewal applications. We highly recommend that you consult with a legal service provider first if you think you are eligible for renewal.
If you are not a DACA recipient, but know of anyone who has or had DACA in the past, please forward them this email or direct them to this step-by-step DACA renewal guide at https://www.informedimmigrant.com/guides/daca-renewals-2018/.
