From Clean Water Action (http://www.cleanwateraction.org/):
Have you heard? We recently released our Congressional Scorecard evaluating the votes of the 117th Congress. This is a tool you can use to make informed decisions at the ballot box and hold your legislators accountable. Included in the Scorecard are key votes on funding for water infrastructure, addressing PFAS contamination and combatting climate change, as well as critical votes on voting rights and democracy reforms.
Read the Clean Water Action Scorecard here. How environmentally friendly are your members of Congress?
Here’s what Clean Water Action’s President and CEO Bob Wendelgass had to say in our press release, “The 117th Congress has taken significant steps to address the climate crisis, to invest in the nation’s crumbling water infrastructure, and to rebuild a decimated Environmental Protection Agency. Voters have a right to know who has voted for – and against – these important actions as they head for the polls over the next few weeks.”
Our water can’t protect itself! It’s time to let your voice be heard. Tell your members of Congress what you think about their voting record. And vote to elect U.S. Senators and members of the U.S. House of Representatives who support action to protect our water and its sources.
