Earlier this week at the Capitol, Start Strong PA released a report that makes the case and stresses the urgent need for high quality infant and toddler care in Pennsylvania.
We know that Pennsylvania families’ ability to work, our communities’ economic stability, and children’s opportunity to thrive are at serious risk in Pennsylvania.
High quality child care is the answer, but many families all across the Commonwealth do not have this option.
Every day that our elected officials do not prioritize funding for high quality child care compounds the crisis.
