From the Pennsylvania Health Access Network (http://www.pahealthaccess.org):
Pennsylvania lacks a centralized system for finding out when and where to receive a COVID-19 vaccine appointment, and recent changes to the system could leave vulnerable communities behind.
Our vaccine rollout has been too confusing and unfair. No matter who we are or where we live, we need an easy-to-use accessible system for finding out when, where, and how to get vaccinated. And we need information about whether communities that have been hardest hit – like Black and Brown Communities and front-line workers – are getting access to the vaccine.
Can you take a minute to sign our petition at https://pahealth.salsalabs.org/fairvaccinesinpa/index.html telling Governor Wolf and the members of the PA legislature that they need to create a fairer process? You can sign by clicking the button below.
We are also looking for personal stories about the vaccine process. If you have a personal story you are willing to share about trying to get the vaccine, please share it at robin@pahealthaccess.org. PHAN never shares your story without your permission.
As always, thank you for taking action!
