From Share Our Strength (http://strength.org/):
Beginning September 16, the annual Dine Out For No Kid Hungry kicks off. Funds raised through this nationwide event help connect up to 16 million kids facing hunger with healthy school breakfast, lunch and after-school snacks to be sure they get the food they need to thrive.
We hope to have 10,000 restaurants participate this year — double last year’s number. Over 7,000 have already committed, but we need your help recruiting local restaurants to participate.
Can you help get restaurants in your community on board with Dine Out For No Kid Hungry? (learn more at http://strength.org/blog/billy_shore/do_you_have_a_favorite_local_restaurant/)
Getting the word out is easy — we’ve created a flyer that has all the information your local restaurant will need to get started. All you have to do is download the flyer, print it and then share it with your favorite restaurants. We suggest you give it directly to the manager, explaining that you support the No Kid Hungry campaign to end childhood hunger in America and would love to see their business support it, too.
We’ve got a little more than a month to recruit as many restaurants as possible for the event. I know I can count on you to help us spread the word.

Thanks for all that you do to help us create an America free of childhood hunger.
